NOTE: Our artisans work hard around the clock, but not every loaf in the menu is available at all times. We schedule bakes on a weekly rotation. If you have a preferred style or flavor, please call ahead to learn when your favorite breads are available.



Keeping Bread Fresh

  1. Store your crusty breads such as sourdough or baguettes at room temperature in an air-tight container or zip-lock bag. Bread loses moisture and becomes hard and stale when it is exposed to air or stored in the fridge.

  2. Our naturally-leavened sourdough bread stays fresh for up to 5 days. For longer-term storage, store a sliced loaf in a sealed freezer bag with the extra air squeezed out.

  3. To refresh a frozen loaf, let the bread thaw fully to room temperature before unsealing and using, or just throw a frozen slice in the toaster. Once bread has been frozen and thawed once, it should not be re-frozen.
