A Brief Remark:
Although I love a cakey brownie, the fudgy squares of this recipe have an irresistable nostalgia for me. They are perfect for enjoying with a scoop of ice cream or cold glass of milk, and they come together easy enough for anyone to make.
You’ll need:
A bowl to mix everything together in
A 9x13” brownie pan, lined with parchment
A spatula for stirring and spreading batter into the pan
A tray for cooling
Ingredients:
150g….. large eggs
90g….. Room Temp Water
10g….. Vanilla
925g….. Honeycomb Fudge Brownie Mix
Let’s Proceed:
Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare your brownie pan with spray and parchment paper.
In a bowl, stir together all ingredients to make a batter with no dry mix remaining. Pour the batter into your prepared pan, and spread as evenly as you can, but don’t overthink it.
Bake the brownies about 40 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through the bake. It will look glossy and puffed, but still slightly squishy in the center.
Let cool about 10 minutes before cutting into squares and enjoying.
